Peaceful Sleep Essential Oil combines the powers and flavors of Orange, Tangerine, Lavender, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang and Sandalwood Blend oils  to produce a floral citrus aroma.  Usually used as bath oil or you can add 4 to 5 drops to a hot bath before bed or create a room mister by adding 30 drops to 1oz of water in a spray bottle. Great for unwinding before a nap or for a good night’s sleep. Use caution when adding essential oils to a bath tub as they can make surfaces slippery
