NO REFUND POLICY
We have a no refund policy on items purchased and delivered. Items may, however, be exchanged for alternative products in accordance with this policy.
PRODUCT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
Product return
Items may be exchanged for an alternative item of your choosing. To this end, you shall notify us within 12 hours of the purchase of your intention to exchange the product for an alternative product via email or telephone call or any other customer service platform provided by us. your return of Items will be subject to our approval to wit the product shall be dispatched and delivered within 12 hours of return approval.
The items ordered and delivered shall thereafter be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition this means that items must unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must remain intact and untampered with.
Ship back for exchange within 1 day of receipt
Product Exchange
The following policies apply to product exchange:
- Where the new item is of equal cost as the original item ordered or purchased, same shall be exchanged at no extra cost save and except for delivery charges.
- Where the alternative item selected costs higher than the original item, a balance payment will be made for the difference in cost.
- If your alternative item of choice costs less than the original ordered or purchased item, you shall select an additional item which will together be equal to the cost of the original item.
- All exchanges made shall be exclusive of delivery fees and as such you shall be responsible for the delivery of exchanged products in accordance with this policy.
- Products sent to us for return or exchange must be unused, in same condition in which You received them, and in the original packaging with all of the materials that accompanied the Products (however, please keep the receipt for Your records). After we receive the returned Products, we will inspect them and notify You as to whether the return is approved.
No refund of Shipping expenses
Shipping expenses are non-refundable and shipping cost for the return and delivery of exchanged product will be at Your own expense.
Any return of the relevant Products by you shall be made to the mailing address specified by us in the delivery details that accompanied the Products. If you cannot locate the delivery details with the return mailing address, please contact us as per the details mentioned above.
Conflict in terms
In the event of a conflict among the terms and conditions of this Policy and the terms and conditions of any Product Terms, the terms and conditions of this Policy shall prevail.
